PROJECTS
Magipass
Magipass is a mobile application that provides exclusive offers from partner businesses through the purchase of passes. I was responsible for designing and structuring the project architecture, as well as for the full development of both the mobile application and the backend, implemented as a RESTful API.
The application enables pass purchase and management, offer browsing and redemption, and user authentication, which can be performed either through external identity providers or via email and password. The system supports three distinct user roles—customers, registered business owners, and administrators—each with dedicated workflows and interfaces, ensuring an appropriate experience for every type of access.
QRypt
QRypt was developed as an academic project focused on enhancing the security of QR Codes generated by digital applications. The project emerged in response to the growing threat of quishing, a form of phishing that uses QR Codes as an attack vector. In this practice, malicious actors place QR Codes in strategic locations to trick unsuspecting users into accessing malicious links or completing fraudulent payment actions.
QRypt aims to mitigate this problem by providing a secure environment for QR Code generation and validation, based on three core pillars: (1) mandatory user authentication for QR Code creation; (2) encryption of all generated QR Codes to ensure the integrity and validity of their content; and (3) a community-driven reporting mechanism that automatically disables a QR Code once it reaches a predefined number of reports, reducing the risk of misuse by malicious users.
Entropyle
Entropyle is a word-guessing game, where you uncover a hidden word from your guesses and the classic color feedback. Its twist is entropy: every round applies a random modifier that bends the rules, sometimes in your favor, sometimes against you. One round might invert the letters, another might reveal a clue or take away a guess. The familiar loop stays the same, but the ground keeps shifting beneath it, so you have to read each modifier and adapt your strategy on the fly to land the word before your attempts run out.
